Are your venues accessible?

We choose our venues very carefully in order to ensure accessibility and suitability, including wheelchair spaces/access and disabled parking spaces.

What is a Community Interest Company?

A CIC is a non-profit organisation that allows us to apply for some funding, helping us keep our charges to a minimum. This allows us to bring our sessions to many more people.

Can you come to us?

Yes - we are really flexible. If you would like us to come to you and create a project for your group, please email or phone us for our rates and session activities.

Are the sessions term-time only?

We don't break up for school holidays and try to fit holidays in at the end of a project block (11 weeks).

Do I have to attend every session?

Although not compulsory, it is really beneficial to you and the rest of the group if you attend all sessions

Feedback is highly valued and helps us create personalised programmes that are, it also helps us to improve and grow!   People who attend our events are encouraged to complete one of our feedback forms to ensure that we continue to deliver what our communities want.

Information about performing

Do I have to be involved in a performance?

Not at all.  We believe that working towards a performance can encourage confidence, teamwork and commitment.  It's a fantastic way to showcase and celebrate achievements such as new skills,  increased mobility, co-ordination and improved levels of confidence and motivation, but there is absolutely no obligation or pressure to perform.

Is there any recognition for completing a project?

Yes! We have presentations of certificates to celebrate progression and acknowledge high levels of attendance.

Our fun, interactive, adaptable sessions are designed to suit the individual needs of the participants
